The topping-out ceremony of the main structure in the initial phase of Biosparc, a project that is being constructed in SIP, was held on Nov 20.

Located at Sangtian Science Island, Biosparc is being developed by Singapore-based Temasek in collaboration with SIP. The completion of the main structure marks a significant step toward establishing an internationally connected hub dedicated to cross-border research and clinical collaboration in life sciences.

During the ceremony, strategic partnerships were established with organizations such as the National Cancer Centre Singapore, Essex-Bio Mirxes, and Suzhou Industrial Park Investment Promotion and Operation Co Ltd. These collaborations will focus on advancing scientific research, clinical trials and early-stage industrialization.

Apart from that, Biosparc entered a tripartite agreement with the investment firms True Light PE and ClavystBio to provide sustained, systematic support for cross-border R&D and project implementation.
