Hengtai Industrial Property, an industrial real estate arm of SIP-based real estate conglomerate Hengtai Holding, inaugurated a one-stop service center at Hengtai Intelligent Manufacturing ? Medical Devices Industrial Park on Mar 27, upgrading its services to a new level.

The center integrates services from government departments, public service organizations, financial institutions and professional service suppliers to support development of businesses in all stages.

The “Getting One Thing Done Efficiently for Industrial Parks” initiative was launched to provide all-around support for construction, investment promotion and operation of industrial parks.

After the inauguration, the representatives from SIP Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau, SIP Economic Development Committee, SIP Enterprise Development Service Center and the SIP branch of the Agricultural Bank of China explained related policies, services and financial products to the participants.
