An information session on policies for cultural tourism and the joint meeting of the CPC Committee for Cultural Tourism Industry Chain were held together in SIP’s Yangchenghu Peninsula Tourist Resort on Feb 5, aimed at facilitating integration of culture, tourism, commerce and technology.

The event incorporated an introduction to SIP’s incentives for integrated development of culture, sports and tourism, and procedures that enterprises should follow in order to enjoy preferential policies.

At the joint meeting of the CPC Committee for Cultural Tourism Industry Chain, Suzhou Yangcheng Lake Peninsula Tourism Development Co Ltd gave a report on the committee’s recent work and outcomes, along with an introduction to the company’s initiatives and projects for cultural tourism. As members of the committee, Suzhou Village and Suzhou Yangcheng Peninsula Theme Park recommended themselves to potential partners within the cultural tourism industry chain.

Moreover, several tech companies presented their practices and explorations for application of advanced technology for integration of culture and tourism, laying a foundation for interdisciplinary collaboration.
