Suzhou Newyeah Technology Co Ltd, an SIP-based company focusing on automotive electronics and new energy, celebrated the completion of its new facility in SIP on Dec 10.

The project, located in Suzhou Dushu Lake Sci-Edu Innovation District (East Area), is the first phase of a larger complex which, serving as the headquarters of the company, boasts a land area of 30 mu (2 hectares), a total floor area of 65,000 square meters and a plot ratio of about 2.7.

The first phase comprises office and manufacturing buildings with a total floor area of 44,000 square meters. Dedicated to developing and making battery management systems, lithium battery packs and intelligent driving products, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of about RMB2 billion and a tax contribution of nearly RMB100 million after reaching the designed capacity.

The local authorities have provided sufficient support and efficient help for the project so that it could obtain all licenses and permits for coming into operation immediately after completion.
