The Qunli Community Canteen, the second community-based canteen in SIP’s Loufeng Sub-district, formally opened recently, providing local residents with a good place to enjoy meals and enhance interactions.

The approximately 250-square-meter canteen is bright and tidy. The space is thoughtfully designed into distinct zones, including the kitchen, dining area and the reserved section. The kitchen is equipped with standardized cooking appliances and firefighting and monitoring equipment. The dining area features in a simple yet cozy style.

The canteen carefully prepares a diverse selection of dishes every day. Lunch and dinner are served within designated time slots, with extended dining hours for residents with varying schedules. The menu is updated weekly and displayed in advance on notice boards, ensuring transparency and easy reference. The dishes balance classic favorites with seasonal specialties, emphasizing nutrition and a well-rounded taste profile. The canteen maintains strict standards in ingredient selection.

It is worth mentioning that the canteen provides tailored RMB10 set meals for people aged above 60, along with free food heating and cutting services for all elderlies.
