SIP has been improving its service system to provide professional guidance for science-based fitness.
Regular physical fitness monitoring service is offered at the northern and southern citizen centers, providing precise health assessments and personalized exercise plans for local residents.
Since 2024, SIP has hosted the “National Physical Exercise Standards” Exercise Competition on a yearly basis to enhance local residents’ awareness and ability of using science-backed methods to keep fit.

The integration of sports and medical services has enhanced guarantee for residents’ health. For example, the Fourth Hospital Affiliated to Soochow University has joined hands with Jinji Lake Community Health Service Station to provide residents with professional health management plans.

From expert guidance to broad public participation, a diverse fitness ecosystem is thriving. Regular community events, such as the Loufeng Sub-district Fitness Festival and the Jinji Lake Sub-district Table Tennis Tournament, are highly anticipated by local residents each year. Recently, the 1st SIP Football Super League kicked off, attracting five teams from SIP’s sub-districts to compete in 14 matches. There are activities almost every week and competitions every month in communities, making exercises a natural part of daily life.

From world-class venues to well-equipped exercise corners in communities, SIP is fostering a comprehensive yet unique sports culture, paving the way for a healthier future.
