A hairy crab festival is underway at Suzhou Village, an outlets mall which is a member within British company Value Retail’s Bicester Village Shopping Collection, drawing in crowds keen to savor the fresh, seasonal Yangcheng Lake hairy crabs.
Master chefs prepare fresh delicacies on the spot. Eleven specialty food vendors present a symphony of crab flavors, each creation designed to delight the palate. The Jiangnan-style Cooked Drunken Crabs, the sweet and fresh steamed hairy crabs and the classic crab meat buns are utterly captivating. The offerings brilliantly bridge tradition and creativity, promising to satisfy every autumn craving.

In addition to the mouthwatering food, there are other creations inspired by crabs, such as the customizable traditional fans with patterns of crabs and the plush toys. There are also giant, adorable hairy crab-shaped installations on site.

A series of events like the crab-themed fair and the crab cooking competition are going on.

Restaurants at Qianshuiwan Business Street have joined the season with their own crab feasts, enhancing the idyllic charm with an authentic lakeside dining experience.
